Our chef, Romain Guyot, offers refined Provençal cuisine that showcases local ingredients. Through elegant and colorful dishes, the landscapes of Provence unfold before you during your meal, revealing a bouquet of flavors.
Whether in the elegant ambiance of our main dining room or seated on our intimate terrace, the panoramic gardens offer a tranquil and soothing atmosphere.

La Guinguette
Come and discover our new restaurant, La Guinguette, a friendly, lively place open to all. Nestled within the grounds of Le Mas des Herbes Blanches, the restaurant welcomes you to its terrace overlooking the Luberon Valley. La Guinguette offers regional cuisine cooked over embers, celebrating sharing and seasonal ingredients.
At lunchtime, discover a fresh and flavorful menu; at dinnertime, the fire pit comes alive at sunset, accompanied by a carefully curated selection of wines and cocktails.
